Security controls use a keyed hash of your mobile number and connection address for rate limiting.
Purpose & follow-up
HP World Kottayam, operated by Sysmantech, uses enquiry information to respond to sales, service and exchange requests. You can ask the team to stop follow-up by contacting the store.
Storage & service providers
Enquiries are saved in the configured business database. Configured notification integrations may send them to the business’s email, spreadsheet or CRM destination. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website.
Analytics & advertising
Optional analytics and advertising scripts load only after the corresponding cookie choice. Form conversion events use an enquiry reference and category; names and phone numbers are not included in browser analytics events.
Cookies & choices
Essential session storage preserves campaign attribution for your enquiry, and local storage remembers your cookie choice. The admin area uses a protected sign-in cookie. You can change optional consent using Cookie choices in the footer. Declining optional tracking does not prevent enquiries.
Retention
The owner must confirm the retention period for enquiries, backups and notification destinations before launch. Contact the store to ask about your information or request deletion; the team will review your request and any applicable retention needs.
